UFC GYM JBR

I’ve been already coming to this gym for a while now. Have to say I am pleased with everything here at the gym. The staff firstly are amazing, really friendly people. I am also very impressed with the equipment the gym has to offer, especially since I love using a variety of equipment.

I’m truly disappointed with how this gym handles member requests. Despite repeated feedback from loyal members, our concerns are constantly overlooked or dismissed as if they don’t matter. What’s most frustrating is that some of our requests — like keeping specific class times — are completely reasonable and clearly possible, yet we’re told they can’t be considered. It’s disheartening to feel unheard, especially when we’ve been committed to this gym and its community. A gym should care about its members’ needs and adapt when possible, not treat them like an inconvenience.

It’s truly disappointing how the management chooses to ignore the voices of loyal members. We’ve been asking respectfully — even begging — to keep the morning class, which many of us rely on due to family responsibilities that prevent us from joining evening sessions. Instead of support, we get vague replies like “Maybe next month,” while the time slot is left empty. Why remove a class that’s working? Why ignore members who have shown long-term commitment? Why remove a class that’s clearly in demand? Why ignore loyal members who show up consistently? A gym should be about community and support — not silence and disregard. Loyalty should be valued, not dismissed.

Very disappointing The d.u.t. session ended over 12 minutes early with no explanation. The instructor, Uros, seemed annoyed and made no effort to lead the class properly. Totally unprofessional — I wouldn’t recommend it.

Gym is nice. Reduced stars because members coming are too arrogant and staff is too polite to ask them to re-rack weights or respect other members space. Members need to act responsibly to other fellow gym goers.
