CIMA Pilates & Yoga Studio

It’s really a pleasure to go to this pilates studio, the atmosphere is super cozy and very friendly, the classes are varied with many different teachers, which allows for variety because they each have their own styles. My favorites ❤️ is Iva's classes at the Reformer which are always in a good mood and always with a touch of stretching in addition to strengthening, the barre classes with Liris which are super intensive but a pleasure to find her beautiful energy every week which helps us to exceed our limits, the aerial yoga with Lama and the Stretching classes with Olga. Be ready to become addicted to this room and this magnificent community.

CIMA Studio is truly the hidden gem of JVC! I can’t even begin to explain how much I enjoy going there. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and so welcoming—it’s a wonderful ladies-only space that feels like a second home. Sue, the manager, is incredibly nice and caring. She pays attention to every single detail, ensuring that every visit is perfect. The entire team always has a beautiful smile on their faces, and it genuinely lights up the place! The instructors are phenomenal—so friendly, encouraging, and motivating. They’ve been absolutely amazing for beginners like me. Cecilia, Chloe, Julieta… you ladies rock! Today, I walked in feeling exhausted and left feeling supercharged and so happy. Thank you all for creating such a magical and supportive environment. Best Pilates reformer hands down, super clean, instructors are super nice, I love love Iva Reformer classes 🤍 she is super professional very talented, caring, her classes are very enjoyable and so much fun with great moves, every single class different moved, full body workout 😍🥰☺️ And I truly love and Enjoy Caitlin classes, every single class she has different moves working on whole body strength, also her Yoga classes are super good, she is really one of the best instructors in Cima🥰 and her energy is fire 😂 I feel my body is getting in shape and sculpting, also I tried the sound healing class was so so relaxing after long day of work. Honestly in Cima I find everything thing I need, flexible classes schedule, so I can adjust with my working hours and the app is super easy to use. Thanks 😍

The reformer beginner class with Iva was amazing. She made the class fun yet focused. I would totally recommend the studio overall and Iva as a great teacher.

Open everyday with long extended hours and exceptional facilities (changing rooms, lockers, toiletries, towels, showers, everything is available for clients in-house). The professionals working here are super customer oriented and always ready to help!
