Exceptional!! I am so happy that we discovered this jewellery shop. It is so much more convenient to get to than trekking all the way to the heat and noise of the gold souk as well. Situated in the lobby of the Ocean View Hotel, it is the perfect place to spend some time discussing what you want with Afras and Alwyn. They are both very pleasant to deal with and they strive for perfection and it is obvious to see they have great pride in their work. Basically, your happiness is their reward it seems. I had a pair of earrings made, which I absolutely love! Their price structure is extremely competitive and hard to beat. I also had a ring sized and they kindly suggested I do one size and then try it for a day or two to see if it needed changing again. I did change it again and there was no additional cost for this. I cannot recommend this shop and Afras & Alwyn enough. They do provide a service which excels with a cost that is extremely competitive and fair. Do not hesitate to go!

I have finally found a jeweller that I can trust to do repairs and services competently and very reasonably priced. They enlarged our wedding rings and cleaned several pieces of inherited jewellery and I am very happy with the job. They also have a good collection of jewellery to sell and will custom make any piece for you

I have got my fire opal ring from them. The purchase process was very smooth. They give certified gemstones. I wasn’t satisfied with the ring design initially so they did the whole ring again for no extra cost, for them customer satisfaction is very important. I’m very happy and highly recommend them.
