Nike Store Dubai Marina Mall

Recently reopened on 1st Dec 2021. All new collection with newly done interiors and visually appealing. Got a warm welcome on the opening day and purchased my first pair of Nike shoes. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The selection process and billing process was seamless. Many thanks to Mr. Muhammaddi & ms pearl for helping me getting the right shoe.

I bought a shoe from them and within months it’s damaged . Later I found out it’s third party store sun and sand and may be they are selling bad products as I don’t think Nike shoes will get damaged like this faster . Very bad service from their team leader Jamie Camia. They said they have the right I don’t have . Also thanks to Chris for being super rude to customers

I just need to share that the staff in this branch is just super awesome! Specially this lady named Princy. She was super accommodating and even when I came back to change the shoes due to wrong size, she was more than happy to help. I know she was the one who organized the team there to sing my mom a happy birthday song which is something I personally did not expect. To go beyond just shows how good of a person she is. Thank you also guys for the little gift for my mom! YOU ALL ARE AWESOME! ✨ You just made my mom’s birthday extra special in your own little ways and kindness. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! ✨

I had previously purchased an item from Nike and was planning to gift it. I reported to Nike Marina mall store and they refused to give me an empty bag(empty plastic bag), unless I have the receipt of my item which I didn’t have! I was even willing to pay for it if required but they didn’t accept. I spoke with Ms.Pearl, the manager, she wasn’t helpful at all! Not a good experience and customer service Nike!

Guys, if you’re closing the store for renovation that’s perfectly fine. But please make sure Google Maps is updated accordingly. Drove for 35 minutes to find out you’re not open for business. Not cool!
