I was in this hotel on June 28 friday The place was amazingly good from the bed to kitchen and washroom was good and all. What I mostly enjoyed was the AC since it was very cold and I slept easily. For the GYM it limited machines but it helps you with getting your body fit. For the pool since it's only open at 7-10 I suggest that it should be open at 5:30 to 10 since it has more time for any kids and adults. What I suggest for the pool they should have a lifeguard since there's no guard there and there's no like pools for kids and it makes it unsafe for the kids to swim in the pool. And there wasn't alot of lights in the pools which it makes it hard for anyone to swim since they need to know where they will swim.

We stayed in this place for five nights and the stay was peaceful. We stayed in a two bed flat and the rooms were spacious and tidied. Kitchen was well equiped and the living room was so cozy. The only minus thing about this place is the road to get near to the building from main road. As a growing area site works continues. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I visited this hotel recently to inquire about room availability, but the staff at the reception was extremely rude and disrespectful. Instead of offering any assistance, the receptionist used abusive language and treated me with hostility for no reason. This is completely unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry where basic courtesy should be a standard. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I strongly advise others to think twice before approaching this place.

I recently stayed at Marbella Holiday Homes and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. The location is also excellent, with easy access to Dubai Airport and Dubai Mall, making it convenient for travelers. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was disappointing. The carpets were filthy, and the furniture was visibly dirty and stained, which made the stay feel less comfortable. Additionally, the provided amenities were quite minimal—basic essentials like dish soap, a sponge for the sink, and laundry detergent were not available. When we inquired at the front desk, we were told to purchase these items from a nearby convenience store, which was inconvenient. Another thing to keep in mind is that the road leading to the building is a dirt road due to ongoing construction in the area, so be prepared for that. Overall, while the staff and location were great, the lack of cleanliness and limited amenities left a lot to be desired. With some improvements, this could be a much better stay.

The guy at the reception is a very rude and disrespectful person. He spoke in an abusive way for no reason. Terrible attitude – not someone who should be working in hospitality.
