I recently completed the Barista Training Course at Iconic Training Institute, and I must say it was a truly rewarding experience. They provided hands-on practice daily and shared real-world tips that are very useful for working in a busy café environment. I especially appreciated the focus on hygiene, customer service, and drink presentation, which are essential in the barista profession. The training environment was clean, professional, and well-equipped with modern espresso machines and tools. Today I received my Barista Diploma certificate, and I want to specially thank my trainer, Mr. Musa. From the beginning of the course, I decided to attend only his classes — because honestly, he is the best teacher at Iconic Training Institute. His teaching style, motivation, and support helped me learn 6 types of latte art, improve my coffee-making skills, and grow more confident with every session. The results speak for themselves — even before finishing my full course, and before receiving my KHDA certificate, I already received a job offer letter as a barista.
