I had a wonderful experience at the L'Occitane store today, Dec 11. The professional consultant (Anastasiia) assisted me throughout the purchase and even helped wrap the gift beautifully. A big thank you for the excellent service!

I love this branch of L'Occitane! Khin is the best sales representative. She was so helpful the shop. I couldnt find the product that I was looking for but she informed me when they have it in the store again and even helped me to get it to my home with free delivery!!! She is just amazing. I love the products but I love this customer experience she is creating even more. Go and find her, she will do her best for you :)
