We discovered the store coincidentally while walking in Al Fahidi district. It’s run by a Syrian family and they have very beautiful handmade pieces crafted in Damascus. We already bought a few items to gift to our friends and family and each of them was very unique. The owners are such warm, kind, and friendly people, always eagerly explaining the handcrafts and the Syrian culture. If you are around, make sure to drop by. You can also have the items delivered and I often message them on Instagram if I like a certain design. 100% recommend 🫶

Old Town Antiques is my favorite shop in the Souq! I live in Dubai and when people visit me this is where I take them for a souvenir. It is family owned, run by two brothers who’s father makes beautiful handmade mosaic pieces. The prices are very reasonable and the shop is an experience in itself.

Fantastic shop filled with amazing handcrafted objects and crafts. Beautiful mosaic boxes from Damascus made by the owners family. The owner was very kind and generous. Highly recommend visiting this shop for souvenirs and gifts while in Dubai.
