Exceptional customer service. Inayatullah is prompt on responding on Whatsapp, answers questions quickly and directly. The installation expert, Ismail installed a CarPlay in my Range Rover sport. Professional job done and both were flexible to help after sales as well. The system looks and feels like factory. I do however have issues with the system that seems not to have a resolution...car play connection with phone takes time and requires restart 2 out of 5 times. If I make a pitstop and turn off the car the system seems to struggle. This is clearly a system issue and have made peace with it although annoying. I restart the system a few times during the week. The phone mic is not integrated with the existing car system, there is a separate mic which is not as effective - my callers can't hear me well. Hence 1 less star for a deserving 5 star service...however the system console itself - 2 stars.

Very poor phone conversation, the person just hung the call on my face while I was talking just because he doesn't deal with the car. First learn customer service, just because you deal with high end cars doesn't mean you don't entertain others. And that guy is not picking up anymore, attitude is really important buddy. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone & won't even consider them when I buy my premium car. ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!! I even doubt if other reviews are genuine.???

Very poor after installation service. If you have any issue with the device, the installing guy is by all means rude and never replies to the messages or calls. You will suffer and end up consulting other vendors. Poor service especially in dragon mart area. They don’t even have a place to install things in your car- doing it in the car parking area. I will never deal with them

Installation of apple car play in my Volvo was spotless! Amazing Job in less than one day. Team is super knowledgeable and also 5* for the communication/interaction. Highly recommended

Worst presale customer service ever. Used informal language even though unfamiliar with my person. Refused to explain work and charged inflated price. Avoid for nothing more than their complete lack of Customer Service Culture. #EDIT# READ "OWNERS" REPLY. NEED I SAY MORE.
