I've been lucky enough to participate in Prenatal yoga classes with Neesha for the past 3 months and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a powerful, holistic approach to yoga as Neesha's classes touch on everything from the physical asana movements to breath work and connecting with yourself, your baby and the other women in the class. Neesha has a healing energy and ancient wisdom that is so powerful, I always leave her classes feeling confident and in touch with my own inner strength. This is such a blessing during pregnancy as she guides us through this journey and into motherhood. You can also tell that guiding and helping women is something that Neesha is extremely passionate about as this translates into her classes. I’d recommend her for women of any level as she carefully adapts her teachings to each individual.

As part of our corporate event, I asked Neesha on a last minute basis if she could help us do a meditation as part of our group activity. She was promptly able to assist me with my requirement and she was very much involved to know what our team and corporate event was about so she could personalize the meditation. The team absolutely loved the meditation, many of which had never done meditation before! I will definitely recommend Neesha for any corporate/wellness or personalized programs you may want for yourself or for your company event.

Neesha carried out a memorable interative workshop on mindfulness and meditation at our office on International Women's Day this year. Her warm and calm presence opened up a great session for our team where we discussed many present day issues such as work life balance. Neesha, with her expertise, energising and engaging personality created an environment which allowed every individual to be involved and participate in the discussions and meditation practical sessions. I would highly recommend Neesha for her versitility in catering for workshops and practical sessions for both groups, individuals and even corporate firms!

Neesha is a great instructor. She gives meaning to everyday practice. Her vibe is so welcoming that it doesn’t matter in what level you are. She carefully guides you according to your needs. Her class is the perfect balance between mediation, yoga and self-awareness. If you are looking for a holistic yoga practice, she is the perfect match!

I would definitely recommend Neesha’s classes to everyone, its so much more than just yoga, you feel you entered a safe space where there is no judgement, no rush and its about you and what you need. It’s the conscious movement, the breathing techniques, the meditation, the power of words and sounds...each class is unique. I admire her ability and sensitivity to connect with the other person’s feelings an state of mind. Each practice has its own intention and the class unfolds in a very effortless way but underneath there is a lot of work and intention to show, like in a mirror, many other ways to look at us and the world around.Sometimes its all about slow down and come home to YOU.Thanks Neesha for your work!
