WYLD Healthy Eating

Unfortunately, I’m not very happy with the delivery process. I’m vegetarian and have mentioned this upfront multiple times, but the menu continues to be preselected, and I’m unable to make any changes. When I try to adjust the meals, I’m told changes can't be made 2–3 days in advance—which doesn’t make sense to me. Why is the food being prepared that far ahead? Quality-wise, the meals are okay, but the overall service, flexibility, and communication around customisation have been disappointing. The rigid process and dismissive attitude have made the experience frustrating, and I won’t be renewing.

I’ve tried so many meal Plans but Wyld Health is the best one 🥰 All meals come to my door every day so fresh and I can choose the time and the day that will be delivered through the app. I’m surprised about the taste and how much healthy they are. Also portions are very big so u don’t feel hungry at all. Thank you Wyld health for taking care of my diet 🥰🥰 🥗

Edit: dropping a star because it's been 2.5 months and they still haven't refunded my refundable deposit. It's kinda getting annoying to reach out to them repeatedly with no luck. If you don't care about the deposit then it's probably a good choice but for someone who is not earning a lot lot, 200 is also a lot. Great experience with their meal plans and great food! The shrimps always seemed like a treat! The staff is friendly and always available to assist as well. Their snacks are great as well, mostly coconut based. Absolutely loved the Lamington bars! Didn't enjoy the beef option though, seemed a bit dry but as they provide multiple options to choose from, it wasn't an issue. You get around 4-5 options so it's great! Oh and I did lose 3-4 killos on 20 day plan

I am really happy with the low calorie meal plan. The food is really tasty and extremely good quality and quantity. The snacks are great too and surprisingly tasty. Food is well cooked and very well paired and presented. From packaging to every attention to the detail. There are so many meal companies in the market and I was very skeptical with which one I will go, but Farah the dietician was really helpful and offered me great guidance, replying to all my queries. The application of Wyld is really user friendly and you can choose and make your own menu depending your preferences and dietery requirements. I highly recommend WYLD health meals for whoever wants to start a healthy delicious diet, loose weight or is too busy to shop and cook everyday meals like me.

It was one of the best decisions I took to get on the meal plan with WYLD. Farah was really great with helping me set a meal plan that was best suited for me. The meal plan helped me with my heartburns and the app is also great with reminders to eat on time. Thank you WYLD team and Farah, you are really great.
