Have bought many machines from this company. Just received 2 more Kaspa machines yesterday. Ordered them beginning of the week received in 5 days. Have had problems elsewhere but when I order from Viperatech I am certain I will receive what I paid for. Order arrived Tuesday at 10:30 am. They contacted me the minute they arrived. Picked them up 90 minutes later. It just couldnt be any better.

AVOID at all costs .. The worst company when it comes to claims .. i ordered a card from those guys back in december 2022 and it had 3 years warranty .. the card started to make all kinds of issues so i contacted MSI for a replacement and they agreed to that but they asked me to do the normal procedure for RMA .. which is contacting the main store for the purchase so they make the claim for you and you can send it then .. i contacted VIPERA via WhatsApp and they were answering i guess because they thought am buying or something after i told them about my issue they stopped replying .. i tried via mail - whatsapp - live chat .. zero answers .. this is the worst company you can buy card from .. if you have any issues with thier cards .. make sure that you will be left alone when you have any claims .. zero stars and after they noticed that i wrote an honest review about them they just sent me : We did reply to you, actually. Nothing will be done as long as that review is up. Simple. zero customer care .. zero respect

They were professional from start to finish. Very informative and the owner of company spent an hour explaining and answering all my questions. We’ve ordered a ton of products and all excellent. Their office is top tier too! Impressive Any negative comment about Vipera is clearly competitors trying to influence

I recently bought the IceRiver KS5L from Viperatech’s customer service was responsive and helpful, resolving a minor payment issue quickly. The delivery was prompt. I highly recommend Viperatech for their excellent service!
