I've been taking my cats to Vet Plus Clinic for years, but never thought to leave a review—until our recent visit with our new kittens to see Dr. Ahmed at the Marina branch. He was incredibly patient, warm, and genuinely caring. He took his time to listen to all our concerns, answered every question with such detail and reassurance, and made us feel completely confident that we were making the right choice for our little ones. And the cutest touch? He gave me and my sister chocolate on the way out! 🐾🍫❤️ I highly recommend Dr. Ahmed and Vet Plus Clinic Marina to any pet parent looking for compassionate and professional care. 🙏🏻

My sister and i travelled back to uk last month coming from dubai, we didn't have much time to get prepared as we had no idea what paperwork we needed to take our cat kulf back home with us. we checked mostly all the relocation companies refused to assist us because of time shortage and holiday days, adrian at vet plus was the only one assisted us step by step and explained everything needed, he even processed all paperwork for us which took him around full day until late midnight as UK needed a-lot of paperwork done but didn't refuse to help us as he saw we were desperate, such a kind and helpful guy without him we would've never made it to uk with our cat on the same day even recommended us the carrier thats needed for this airline and recommended whats needed to calm my cat on the plane, kept checking up until he made sure we landed and reached home safely . Will always appreciate adrian and vet plus for accommodating even with 48 hours prior flight and when all the other places refused to assist us. For anyone looking to relocate their pets with them i would only recommend Adrian at Vet plus, and for sure we will use their service on our way back to dubai next month, thanks again for everything and special thanks from kulf

5 Stars – Amazing care and dedication from Adrian and Dubai Vet Plus Getting my rescue cat from Dubai to Lisbon was no small feat – it took over three weeks and an incredible amount of paperwork to satisfy Portuguese vets and customs. But Adrian went above and beyond to make it all happen smoothly. I rescued Pagan, my little kitten, in Sharjah last August when she was just two weeks old. After nursing her back to health, I had to leave her with my sister for a while. Now, nearly a year later, she’s finally home with me in Portugal – safe, healthy, and surprisingly relaxed after such a big journey! Adrian treated her like the office cat while she waited, making sure she was well cared for every single day. He kept me constantly updated with texts, photos, and videos – I never felt out of the loop. Pagan doesn’t even seem stressed from the move, which says a lot about how well she was looked after. The process wasn’t cheap, but it was absolutely worth it. Huge thanks to Adrian and the whole team at Dubai Vet Plus for handling everything – transport, documentation, vet visits, compliance, and customs. I can’t recommend them highly enough if you want peace of mind during a pet relocation. Pagan is finally home – and happy.

Vet Plus is the first veterinarian we visited in Dubai for our dog, Oscar. We arrived last June, and he was due for his annual vaccinations. Dr. Rimma was wonderful! She was very informative and attentive, even when our dog was feeling fussy. I highly recommend their facilities, which also offer grooming services and a selection of pet accessories and food.

I would like to recognize and express my sincere gratitude to the professional staff of Vet Plus: Doctors Ahmed Elahmedy, Doctor Hossam but also Adrian and Kerles. Adrian is the most empathetic and kind person, he was genuinely interested in my cat’a health, followed up, was sending pictures and videos that made my heart calm and asked about his condition once Leo was back home. Doctors have done a great job in helping Leo recover from bladder blockage and crystals and prescribed medication and change of food diet that should help long term. Thank you for your professionalism and care for our family member!
