Thanks to Dr. Soorya, Ms. Mamta and Mr. RishiRaj 😊 Very supportive experienced yoga teachers, always ensuring you get the proper posture at your maximum level. I just started learning yoga in Jan 2023. Few months before joining, my mental state was way beyond me after losing my father. Practicing yoga at Vedic Yoga Centre helped me a lot, mentally and physically. Daily classes are available. Prices wise they are very reasonable and flexible according to your preferences. We have regular yoga classes and sound healing with Suja teacher. We found it very effective. My blood sugar level went down from 140 mg/dL to 105 mg/dL. I was monitoring my blood sugar levels using sensor from Dexcom G7. Also my upper back muscle pain disappeared after the yoga session. We also tried sound healing with Suja teacher which we found very useful

I have attended Vedic yoga classes in person and online too. Both the sessions are conducted by knowledgeable and experienced instructors. Jyothi Ma'am ' s sessions are energizing and sweaty!!.She corrects postures in every session and ensures we get the maximum benefit from each asana. She also gradually increases difficulty level so that we challenge ourselves in every class. The class is well structured with proper warm up and cool down in the beginning and end of each sessions. I have been going to this yoga center for over 2 months and can already feel my fitness and ability to do yoga improve. I have done yoga in past in group sessions but this center is special. The therapy yoga program is a designed well to facilitate recovery from injuries and also a safe start on the fitness path for someone who has been sedentary, whilst avoiding the excessive muscle soreness and risk of further muscle cramps, injuries etc. The fitness program is a clever combination of age old yoga with certain modifications to incorporate principles of pranayama, meditation etc. I found their warm up to be one of the best in my experience. The candle meditation might soon help my dry eyes. The teachers are very friendly and approachable. They guide well through the classes with individual attention during group sessions also. They are more than happy to be approached at the end of a session with any small aches or pains and advise appropriate movement exercises to facilitate recovery. Special mention to Nithin and Surya my teachers in this period of time.
