I recently had the amazing opportunity to complete the Level One Pilates Reformer course at Ultimate Pilates, and it was truly an outstanding experience. Amba’s depth of knowledge and her ability to make the training both engaging and personalized made all the difference. One of the most valuable aspects of the course was the incredible content and videos Amba provides beforehand. They were so thorough and well-structured that by the time I started, not only did I fully understand the material, but I already felt confident enough to lead a Pilates class! Amba ist the best Pilates instructor i‘ve ever had and I tried a lot of different ones around the world but no one does it like her. Even if she trains you in a class she always has a super focused eye on everyone making sure everyone is having a perfect form. Her eye for detail is insane! Her classes are super hard and will train your whole body and get your legs shaking but this is excalty what we want right? Thinking to do a Pilates certificate and if I do I definitely would want her to be the teacher

I absolutely love my classes with Amba and I genuinely look forward to them every week. In 3 months, I’ve noticed such a difference in my mobility and balance. I’ve been doing Pilates on and off for some time now in different places and I generally felt like I had to drag myself to those classes and hardly ever committed long term - definitely not the case with Amba and even better when seeing the positive change in such a short time!
