Triple Trident Studio

Couple of times I have enrolled myself for the big gyms and paid good amount, but later I use to feel lazy & avoid going. For the first time, I have joined Yoga and honestly speaking, I am so glad that I chose Triple Trident Studio located in SIT Tower, Dubai Silicon Oasis. Classes are so energizing that I don’t feel like missing my weekend classes. Instructors are so kind, dedicated, patient, attentive and understanding that they focus on all members individually and the classes are organized in such a way that it’s never too crowded. Not only Yoga, but Triple Trident Studio is also good in Bollywood Dance Classes, Summer / Winter Camp, kalarippayattu (Martial Arts) at very reasonable rates (VALUE FOR MONEY) Triple Trident Studio is second home for my 9 and 5-years daughters. I would highly recommend everyone to give a try and I am sure you will not regret.

It is a great place for Yoga. All 3 instructors Sree, Darshan and Dhanya very nice. They advice good tips to improve your posture. All are really nice people. After yoga class I am getting every night good sleep. Even my kids going Bollywood class in same studio. Highly recommend for yoga and kids Bollywood classes

Sree is an excellent coach,very patient, friendly with kids, and extremely talented. My 5yo daughter enjoys the Kids Yoga session and dance sessions at Triple Trident and learning great skills. Highly recommended..

Great place and dedicated trainers. Happy that I decided to start my daughter’s dancing classes in Triple trident studio. Summer camp was a great experience too. Best place in DSO if you are looking for kids dance classes. My daughter loves the classes and has so much fun.

my instructor for yoga is great, very patient, and is always able to give me 1-on-1 feedback. the classes are organized such that it’s never too crowded and they’re able to focus on each person. definitely recommend this place!
