Overall very happy with the TFI team. They got our shipment from Germany to the UAE safely and kind of on time (no real fault of their own as customs is always awkward with drones). Only slight issue is communication could have been a little bit better. We will use them again though. Thank you TFI

I recently used TFI's air freight service for an urgent shipment of my business (MDC Exporters Pvt Ltd) to the UAE, and I couldn't be more impressed. Worst service ever! they only take your money and after you are on your own! Don't bother to contact them or hire them... here is my story: I hire them and paid them to handle my shipment from Dubai to Mexico, they supposed to be experts in their business as they do evey day, for a month we were in contact and they never took the decency and the time to verify the requirements to send my personal belongings (used clothes, shoes, etc) from Dubai to Mexico. Now my shipment is been held in customs since 17th JUNE (12 days now) the team at TFI are totally washing their hands, they told me to contact now DHL directly to handle my shipment. To be honest what a waste of money and time with these guys!!!! DO NOT HIRE THEM, they will spoil all your plans and shipments for relocation. They only take you money and after you are at your own.
