We visited every major jewelry boutique in Dubai Mall looking for simple, elegant wedding rings without diamonds — and let me tell you, it was a journey. In some boutiques, where there were two or three staff members and not a single customer, we were met with cold, almost snobbish attitudes. Some looked genuinely confused or even offended by our request for rings without diamonds. Others insisted that Dubai Mall doesn’t offer anything below 0.19 carats — as if minimalism is a foreign concept. One boutique even suggested we head to the gold market on the other side of Dubai — yes, that gold market, where jewelry is sold by weight, street vendors offer fake Rolexes from their car trunks, and “designer” handbags come with a wink and a whisper. And this advice came from a luxury jewelry boutique salesperson. Unbelievable. At Cartier, we were asked to wait “about 15 minutes” because all staff were busy — we waited patiently, but no one ever showed up or even checked in with us. Not once. So we left. And then we walked into Tiffany & Co. and met Myrna — and everything changed. She greeted us warmly, listened carefully, and genuinely respected our preferences. No pressure, no attitude — just kind, professional guidance. Myrna helped us find the perfect rings, ordered the correct size, and even recorded a short video and took pictures to commemorate the moment. We were offered coffee and treated with real care and attention the entire time. Tiffany was the only jewelry store in Dubai Mall that offered not just beautiful rings, but exceptional service. Myrna turned what could’ve been a frustrating day into a beautiful memory. Thank you, Myrna — you made our experience unforgettable.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Miss. Cartherine during my visit to Tiffany & Co Dubai mall yesterday the experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked in made me feel welcomed and at ease, combining professionalism with a warm, genuine attitude that truly stood out. I especially appreciated how she handled my questions with patience and care.I left the store a lasting impression of world-class service. I had a wonderful experience at the shop. I was there over two days to buy my birthday present. Initially, I was not sure what to select and buy! Mr.Roman took the time over during my two visits to understand my preferences and offering his expert advice, knowledge, making the entire selection process smooth and enjoyable without imposing any pressure. At the end, I left feeling confident in my purchase and impressed with their exceptional customer service. Highly recommend this shop and “Mr.Roman”.

I had never been a customer of Tiffany & Co. before, but during a visit to the Dubai store, I decided to explore their collection in search of a unique piece of jewellery. While browsing, I was approached by Myrna, a truly exceptional sales assistant. Her approach was the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth, allowing me the space to explore while being readily available to assist. As we spoke, Myrna completely transformed my perception of the brand. Her passion for Tiffany & Co.’s craftsmanship and her knowledge of the intricate details behind each piece were truly inspiring. She explained the artistry and time that goes into creating each design, which made me appreciate the brand on an entirely new level. Thanks to Myrna’s expertise and genuine enthusiasm, I found myself captivated by a piece I hadn’t originally considered. I look forward to returning to purchase it from her personally.

I’m quite disappointed to see that you’ve started charging for something as basic as cleaning your own jewelry—and not a small amount, either. For a brand that positions itself as luxurious and premium, I would expect a much higher standard of service. First, the necklace I purchased turned completely black after just a few days of wear, which is something I’ve never experienced with other reputable brands. Now, you’re charging for basic aftercare like cleaning, which should absolutely be part of the service, especially considering the price point and image your brand promotes. This experience has unfortunately changed the way I view your brand.
