Unfortunately I had a horrible experience,since no one came to assist us , I was checking guess watch alone and one african guy stopped me not to touch, I'll never recommend anyone to visit here as employee don't know how to behave or talk with customers.

A sensible place to buy mid range watches. They have an extensive collection of different brands as you will see from the pics - I can't write too much of a review of a watch shop so I took a lot of pics 😋😬👍and IMPORTANTLY also a very supportive service centre. The person attending for a regular watch repair was very courteous and helpful. Prices may not be the cheapest but they have a good collection. Do give them a visit; especially if you have mid range (Raymond Weil, Seiko, Armani etc) watches to fix. Plus some good Garmin watches

They sell Chinese copies, deceive customers, and have terrible service. Avoid this store and don’t waste your money. About 1.5 years ago, I bought a watch from this store. At the time of purchase, water resistance was important to me. I chose the ESPIRIT brand with a water resistance of 10 bar. Recently, I swam in a pool while wearing these watches for the first time, and moisture got inside. When I went back to the store, I was met by a bearded male manager who laughed in my face, saying that these watches are not actually water-resistant and that the label means nothing. He admitted that they deceive their customers. I told him this is outright fraud and that the watches should be water-resistant, as stated. I asked him to send them for service to find out the issue. The manager agreed but demanded the warranty card, despite me having worn them for 1.5 years. I pointed out that they record their customers in a database and have my purchase details; I didn’t keep the warranty card, so they could check their system. They responded that they only keep the data for themselves and have no record of it, claiming it was my problem. They offered to take the watch only for a paid repair. In summary, the store employee ADMITTED THAT THIS WAS A FRAUD WHEN PURCHASING THE WATCHES. WHAT IS STATED ON THE WATCHES AND IN THE INSTRUCTIONS IS A LIE, AND HE DOESN’T CARE. THEY COLLECT YOUR DATA EXCLUSIVELY FOR THEIR OWN PURPOSES AND TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT—THEY HAVE YOUR ID AND PHONE NUMBER. And they will laugh in your face. I am preparing a claim against them, I need to show the scammers that they must comply with the law.
