The bank is a branch of the Saudi National Bank of Saudi Arabia that operates independently under the rules and regulations of the Emirati central bank and is in effect an Emirati bank. Nicely appointed with helpful staff. Special thanks to Mr. Suresh for his stedfast assistance.

Bad experience my debit card expired last November 2023but til date they did not issue the other card I am suffering as I have to go every month and withdraw from only branch in Dubai in whole UAE only 2 branches..never join.

Very biased bank. I went for a change of 1000aed and the guard said if your not local they won't entertain you
