I usually go in the morning, so it’s quiet and peaceful with no crowd. The place is spotless and has that luxurious hotel-like scent. Although there’s not a lot of equipment, the classes are fantastic. I attended one for my free trial, and Tarek made it so much fun! The inclusive culture here really boosts your confidence, even if it’s your first time.

If you want to hit your goals then this is the place to be. The coaches are super great, the classes leave you wanting more, and the community here is amazing!! Special thanks to the main man Tarek Tee Dogg who has helped me lose close to 20 kg over the past year 💪🏼💪🏼

The vibes at this place cannot be compared to any other training facility. From the minute you enter you become friends with everyone. When it comes to the workout itself, it is amazing and you find it hard not to keep pushing yourself especially with the great motivation Tarek gives you
