I did not have a great experience here this week. I came expecting differently because of the high ratings on Google reviews. The shop environment was not professional. It felt disorganised and unclean. One staff member was audibly coughing and sick. Another pushed a colleague in the shop. My barber was polite although he did not say much. I communicated twice that I was not happy with the haircut and instead of working with my feedback to fix it and make me happy, he said both times that the haircut was fine and did not change it. I left feeling unhappy with my haircut and had to go to another salon later in the day to fix it. I will not return to this salon, and I recommend others only go if they have an established barber that they are happy with the haircuts already. Otherwise, if you walk in like I did, you may leave unhappy like I did.
