Tannoureen Bakery and Restaurant - Silicon Oasis

I came here 2nd time because 1st time I had good experience. This time I was about to call municipality because of their uncooked charcoal chicken. We ordered 1 full chicken. From that chicken 2 thigh, 1 leg n 1 chest pc was raw inside. I showed to waitress and she replaced 3pc chicken. Other pc we said "no need". Their fattush salad was very good before but this time it was not good, some of leaf was rotten, some seasoning was missing and almost no flavor. Their fries was really good n crunchy before but this time it was not good , it is like basic cafeteria fries . Waitress is nice but she is not well trained for customer service. She wears gloves and she touched everything with that gloves then she touched food with same gloves. Also she is not well aware of personal hygiene. They upgraded everything about looks n menu but dropped their quality of food, taste and service. I came here with family for good food n good experience. This is the main purpose of going to restaurant, if it doesn't meet the criteria then good ambiance really doesn't matter.

Enjoyed a delightful experience at this spot in Silicon Oasis. The outdoor seating is perfect for winter evenings, creating a beautiful ambiance. The staff is warm and helpful, adding to the overall positive atmosphere. While the food is tasty, it leans slightly towards the expensive side. A good choice for those seeking a calm corners

I guess it's under new ownership, where in the new owners are not even interested in serving customer. - we were 5 people and they served 3 plates. I had to ask twice to request 2 extra plates twice. - plates were served with just 2 forks. No knives and spoons. - There were 2 tissues on every table. We asked for tissues 3 times to get 2 additional tissues. - The person serving was serving as if he is doing a big favour by serving food. Every thing was really delicious and well cooked. I will visit them again.

Must try eatery in Silicon Oasis. This is a mix of Lebanese, Palestinian, Syrian cuisines. We tried Palestinian musakhan rolls, meat calzone, meat shawarma meal, meat manakish, hummus beiruti. Ahmed, who attended us was very helpful and guided us on the dish selection All the dishes were exceptionally good, but special mention to hummus beiruti which I felt is a mix of hummus and garlic paste flavours. A must must try... The restaurant may get crowded uring busy times as the seating capacity is not much is the only drawback I saw here.
