I would highly recommend this business. I always bring my clothes to them if alterations are needed. They are always doing a great and very fast job. All the staff are very polite and hardworking! Well done 👍🏼

Very bad customer service and ridiculous pricing. I went in to do alteration on a dress, I spent more than 20 minutes with two ladies, one of them said she doesn’t like my dress, I have never asked her for her opinion but yet she shared it rudely. Then they asked for ~450 AED for shortening and some alterations in the top part of the dress. Which is a very big amount given the alterations are minimal. When I rejected the pricing and wanted to leave, they asked to remove the pins on the dress, I said sure but just keep the pins on the bottom part for shortening, the woman rejected and said the reason is that the management keeps count of the number of pins they use, a very bad and rude lie! bad customer service and bad behavior from both employees. Never recommend it to anyone who is looking to be treated respectfully and not haven their money stolen for some stitches. 1 star rating is really too high for this place.
