I’m writing to share feedback regarding a recent experience I had during my visit to this salon, which unfortunately was quite disappointing. During my waxing session, I clearly mentioned to the staff member attending to me that I have sensitive skin and requested her to be gentle. Despite repeating this request twice, she continued without any noticeable care, which caused significant discomfort. Further, during the eyebrow threading, I specifically asked her to remove only the extras from the bottom and to avoid the top area. However, she continued working on the top area despite me requesting her multiple times to stop. Even after the third time asking her not to touch the top, she proceeded and then turned to her colleague and made a comment in a regional language that came across as rude and unprofessional. What was even more upsetting was the lack of any apology or acknowledgment of my discomfort. Upon speaking with other staff, I learned that she is new — which I understand — but this level of service and attitude is unacceptable, especially for a place I’ve been regularly visiting and had come to trust. I believe in giving constructive feedback and genuinely hope this will be taken seriously. I’m disappointed to say I no longer feel comfortable recommending or returning to the salon due to this unprofessional experience. I hope it helps in improving your services.

Love this salon in DSO. Clean and so well maintained. Maham is by far the best colorist I’ve ever had in Dubai. She gets to know you and helps you choose the best color for your hair and lifestyle.

The salon is a great place for a haircut! Both stylists I’ve met always doing a good job, and the lady at the front desk is nice. I believe this will always be my go-to salon in Dubai, and I’d probably try more services in the future

Very warm staff and place they explained the whole hair coloring process in detail and the result was exactly what I needed. Maham did a great job and will definitely recommend this place
