St. Mary's Catholic High School

I believe the student selection process is unfair, and I'd like to share a few points I've been considering. I'm interested in this school solely because it saves me from having to arrange extra days for catechism class. You can see for yourself how many students are enrolled here. I have friends with children at the school, and most of them are siblings. I am 99.9% sure that if you have siblings attending, you have a very high chance of getting accepted. I hope the Principal will review this and evaluate their selection process. I believe in equality, not group inequality. I have tried to get my children admitted here many times since 2015 without any luck. I've even started to wonder if my children aren't smart enough. This year, my daughter was selected to take an exam, but unfortunately, she didn't pass, according to what she told me. I find this hard to believe, as my daughter is currently enrolled in a British school. I only want to transfer her because my schedule conflicts with bringing her to catechism.

These five stars are the cookies. My parents wanted me to change schools, I wanted to ask well...but I stayed FOR THE COOKIES. Life is so hard without those cookies now. I cry for them everyday.

After successful Year 1 registration process/confirmed seat , received a call for Leaving certificate for new Admission . The caller staff (lady)started with a rude tone - she said " if you cannot provide Leaving certificate today i cannot register him so he cannot enter school". To which i replied saying that i will provide the certificate tomorrow(July 4) morning before 9am, also mentioned about email circular we received from school. She again in rude tone replied that i am not working tomorrow so you must provide today anyhow or else your child cannot enter school and just hung up call as I requested her to allow till july 4 morning .I called back on number but there was no response. Besides, The circular received from school for new admissions does not specially gives a cutoff date, however i intented to provide Leaving certificate by july 4th. Also, As per school email circular office remains open until july 4 but as per staff not open and today July 3rd is last date for Leaving Certificate submission. Sent email on this to school but there was no response. With such negativity before even school begins as I parent we went through, how it would it be with the child. So we decided to not continue with this school.just for cathehism sake enrolling your child would be wrong decision.

Very nice! The curriculum is very balanced, with opportunities for outdoor and value-building activities. The canteen serves our subsistence quickly, and at a good rate too! Although you may find chips and chocolate milk (personal fav) at the popote, they serve salubrious sandwiches and healthy goodies. Would hope they would incorporate more variety in their menu.
