I visited your clothing store today and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with one of your customer service attendants( Nepal Lady). I was in a rush and trying to find a blazer in my size. I briefly placed a blazer that didn’t fit on the rack top while searching for the correct size. One of your staff members approached me and, rather than offering help, pointed at me and said, “Can you hang back the one you took before?” I was quite surprised by her tone and approach. While I did hang the item back, I felt more like an employee than a customer. I understand that maintaining store order is important, but there is a respectful way to communicate with customers. Her tone and attitude were very disappointing. I hope the management can kindly remind staff about proper customer service etiquette. A little politeness goes a long way, and it makes a big difference in the shopping experience.

However, once approached, the staff is ready to assist without hesitation or rudeness. Staff was very unhelpful. I wanted to purchase an item the card machine was not working I had asked him to use a different machine he said no I said can you restart the machine he said no. He kept insisting to come after 2PM and mind you it’s 11AM. He kept saying there’s something wrong with my account when it didn’t make sense as I tried with 3 different bank cards so there was a problem with the machine itself. Very rude and didn’t want to work. I asked to speak to a manager he also refused that.

Bad customer service. Even though it’s a cheap shop comparing to the department stores in the same style, I would expect more attention to the customer as it’s Dubai. The attendant didn’t let me try on the pieces I wanted with no further explanation saying I should know the size that I wear.
