Spinneys Supermarket

Spinneys is a great chain overall. However, that one in Marina is lacking some common sense and basic principles. 1. Most of the time when I visit them in the morning, they never have freshly baked bread and pastry. For some reason they start baking after 9 a.m. Their responsible staff likely do not understand how this bread is intended to be used by customers. The photo attached is the bread shelf around 8.30 a.m. 2. The cashier is a huge problem — god help you if you come there with a large basket. The cashier table is tiny and the staff in most cases simply put everything in a single pile and then messing between the goods. For some of the goods, like fruits and bread they struggle to find product codes and leave for a long search journey. Overall, my impression that the products and the store concept are very good but the implementation is poor, and should be largely improved.

This is a call to management I’ve been eating here for months .. Please put some efforts and clean the outside area for eating It’s is disgusting Tables super dirty Floor full of garbage where birds come to It’s very very disappointing makes the meal horrible experience for whoever eats there I’ll add some photo and that’s nothing compared to what I saw before

I love going to this particular supermarket to get my shopping done every week. The staff are all extremely polite and always willing to help. It is extremely clean and everything is sanitized! The quality of the food and the fruits is excellent, herbs are the best ever! Keep up the effort! Excellent management!

First disappointed with the product. Veggies and fruits at high price rotten and second with the staff attitude. When I showed them they smirked and ignored me. Just pay expensive prices for rotten tomato if not you can leave. They really value their customers.
