It is really disappointing to see such unprofessional behaviour from Sajid, a gym staff member. Instead of assisting members, he is always busy on his phone and has no manners, acting very rude. The gym itself is outdated, with very little space, and the washroom has a terrible smell, making the whole experience unpleasant. This place seriously needs better management and improvements in both staff behaviour and facility maintenance.

Its nearby to my home. My best place to to gain mental and physical strength after hectic day at work. Got nice music,nice equipment and most importantly a nice humble and friendly trainers (kudos to Subair, Hanifa & shahid)

Its also good as his main branch speed fitness at the place was really very good and the environment for exercise was very nice all the staff was very good and very friendly
