Sophie gave me a full tour of the spa facilities. She informed me that guests had free access to the jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. I was so thrilled to hear this! After a long day of touring, I remembered what Sophie said. I booked a foot massage and enjoyed relaxing time in the sauna and steam room! Thank you Sophie.. you made my vacation extra special!

I just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to Janet for making my spa experience so amazing. From the moment I walked in, she was so warm and welcoming, which instantly made me feel comfortable. It’s rare to come across someone who not only does their job so well but also genuinely cares about making sure their clients feel relaxed and taken care of. Janet was incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout the whole treatment, and I could really tell she put a lot of care into what she was doing. I left feeling completely refreshed and so grateful for the experience. Thank you, Janet, for your kindness, professionalism, and just being such a lovely person! I’ll definitely be back

Wow wow wow! Amaaaazing! The spa is absolutely beautiful and very clean. We got a couples massage and our specialist we’re Dwi & Kimi! They did a fantastic job, I have had many massages even in Bali, and this is honestly the best massage I have ever had! They are that good thank you so much Dwi & Kimi, we feel fantastic!

The male therapist was professional, skilled, and respectful. He even offered tea and nuts after the session. Sadly, the female therapist who handled my wife’s session was a huge disappointment. She ended the session 20 mins earlier, refused to work on specific muscles, and told my wife she had to pay more for more pressure—very unprofessional. She didn’t offer any tea or snacks. According to my wife, she is the worst masseuse ever. Hopefully, we won’t see her again.

Had 90 min treatment with Sumetri. Fabulous. Effective massage , very professional and loved it. Would return back and recommend. All the staff at reception, ( apologies- lady from Uganda) was very nice and helpful. Made us feel special and welcomed. Enjoyed using the facilities. Very good indeed
