They don't even deserve one star. Terrible service. Run away if you were thinking of using them. They do not return calls or ever get back to you for the simplest inquiries even after spending so much money. Unprofessional.

After being a customer for more than 10 years, I decided to change for another company that better respects it's customers. The owner is extremely rude and keeps boasting about himself with a very offensive attitude instead of being compassionate and try to understand his customers concerns. I strongly advise you to never deal with him if you want to keep your dignity. To summarize: attitude of owner is inappropriate and unacceptable, service degrading with time, fail to keep promises and quality work and mainly to keep respectful relationships with customers. Don't be lured with their sweet talk in the beginning, you will be painfully disappointed.

Great service and good prices. Very decent people. They have variety of of filters and water tank cooling and cleaning. Their maintenance team is very knowledgeable. I would always recommend them

WORST Experience ever with this company, wish if i can rate them less than a star. the warranty is a BIG LIE. very bad customer service always promise to call back. the manager of the company doesn’t answer calls or whatsapp.
