This company used to be good but I am now disgusted with their service. One of their groomers told me he had removed “ a double nail” on two of my dogs back foot. He said it was quite normal for dogs with Alsatian heritage to have this. The one toe healed but the other one did not. I eventually had to take him to the vet. They are denying any responsibility and are saying that their groomer never did any such thing. Please avoid this company if you want to protect your fur babies.

I’ve always been a bit skeptical about mobile pet grooming services, especially after hearing a few less-than-great stories from some neighbors. But with a small handful of fur-children at home and not enough hours in the day, I decided to give Soaptopia a try and I’m so glad I did. My second oldest Arabian Mau is notoriously temperamental and has a very strong personality. Even the vet clinic that’s known him since his rescue struggles with handling him. To my absolute surprise, Soaptopia managed him beautifully. He came back completely shaved down, looking adorable, smelling amazing, and most importantly … calm. My fourth oldest, an active ginger boy, also came back looking super fresh. His fur felt softer than ever, almost like a completely different texture. Whatever the trick they used, it worked! The booking process was seamless. I received a WhatsApp message within an hour of booking online, and there was even a kind follow-up by the end of the day after the grooming sessions, which I really appreciated. The groomer and driver were both incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and happy to chat about cats … something that instantly puts a pet parent at ease. I’m genuinely happy and thankful. Definitely a service I’ll be returning to.

So we used Soaptopia for the first time for our 2 fur babies and I cannot praise them more! Firstly, they were very stringent for making sure we had all our pups vaccinations (of which I couldn’t originally find, so panicked, but finally found 🙏🏼), that for me is very reassuring that they are so stringent. Then we had Wesley who arrived and was nothing but professional, sweet and very kind to both our ‘pups’. We’ve had an average experience from another grooming company so we’re very cautious, but Wesley completely reversed our concerns. Thank you Soaptopia ❤️ We are now your ‘furever’ customers 🥰

I highly recommend these guys! They are so good! I loved the whole service from speedy response to questions and the groomer Alain who came to get her! When he got her he was so sweet and instantly gave her sky cuddles! Bella now smells great, smooth coat and her claws are a great shape. Very happy!

Today my dogs had their first grooming session with Soaptopia, and I recommend them enough. The team was very punctual, and they were very patient and careful with my fur-babies. Thank you for the great service!
