They were unprofessional in their dealings and caused an error that cost me over 300 dirhams on my bill. They didn't return it despite my requesting a refund. Their used devices are defective and incomplete, and their prices are very high. This is my last deal with them and I do not recommend anyone to deal with them.

Less than 1 star because I have many questions to ask for the equipments and I want to upgrade my staff and guess what? They have unproiffsonal seller their he not can speak in english and when I'm ask about any price he don't know and when I'm asking for some used lens he say don't have but guess what? He have more than 3! And after many questions without answers he let us and went to play in the phone in the end he took my number to send the prices of the items that the m asked for after 3 or 4 days I sent to Him to make him remember! Very nice shop with very bad seller and services.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the way my recent return request was handled regarding a camera purchased from your store. Unfortunately, we were unable to initiate the return within your stated 10-day return period because the item was a gift, and the recipient's birthday occurred after this period had already passed. We explained this situation, expecting a bit of understanding and flexibility under the circumstances. However, our return was strictly refused with no consideration for the context. To make matters worse, the owner then attempted to lower the price we had originally paid for the camera (Eventhough they have increased the price for the camera on their own website.) which felt like an attempt to devalue our purchase rather than offer any real solution. Overall, the communication and handling of this matter have come across as unprofessional and far from what we would expect in terms of customer service. The responses we received lacked empathy and made no effort to reach a fair compromise. 0/5 stars Update july 10th The message by Skymedia concerning reaching out- was just show! I reached out to them to find a compromise and I was ignored.
