Unfortunately I did not have a very good experience in the clinic and wouldn’t recommend it nor come back again. The two times that I come to the clinic the Dr. was late and the 2nd time I couldn’t even do the treatment as the delay was over 30 minutes and I had to go to work and I can’t be late for work. Also the building itself doesn’t have a pleasant smell that can really be disturbing. The treatment itself (1 session of acupuncture along with cupping) did not work at all for me. It actually felt worst and more painful after it and the pain didn’t improve even after 3 days. I do believe is due to the fact that more sessions are required however I lost the credibility in the clinic and will continue the treatment somewhere else. First medicines treatment was over AED2.000,00 (5 days treatment) and I’m glad I didn’t purchase it as I will not come back.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for over 10 years now and have sent many people that are super happy as well. Went for a sinus and after 10 sessions I had no sinus , stopped wearing glasses to read, lost weight and felt better than ever before in my life. Since then, I’ve not been to any other doctor, I’ve spent years without needing a doctor and every time I go I am treated respectfully and their treatments are spot on. The place is clean and staff are great. I can not recommend them enough.

Came for lower back pain, excellent treatment and results. Herbal medicine, I trust the Chinese medical expertise more than Western money-based drugs 💊

Shanghai Medical Center for acupuncture is an excellent facility with highly knowledgeable Chinese doctors. However, the treatment is very expensive, and prices keep rising continuously with no health insurance coverage or discounts available. I spend approximately 12,000 AED each month. The medication is extremely costly, almost like gold! Recently, the prices for acupuncture sessions have increased, making me consider alternative Chinese centers that offer better services, competitive prices, and additional benefits. Additionally, the consultation fees have also been raised. I hope the center can reconsider their pricing structure to make these valuable treatments more accessible to everyone.

I have been visiting the clinic for the past two months for chronic neck pain. Doctor Hu has been amazing in offering the right diagnoses and treatment for me. From all the mediocre doctors i have consulted in this city, he is truly a gem apart. He has helped relieve so much of my pain and address the root issues causing them. I am very grateful to this clinic. My only advice would be to book in advance if you need to go as they are busy , and well deservedly so.
