I've sold 2 cars with another branch and staff were very professional; however this branch experience was not as rewarding.....unprofessional staff and not so welcoming. Didn't even bother to take his time and have a decent discussion considering I came as a walk in and without a prior appointment (which is expected to be a selling point for the company), he was bothered and referred me to the online evaluation process and asked me to come back at a later time...not a very encouraging experience.

This is not the first time I’m visiting! This is the third car we have sold with them, and every time they have exceeded our expectations. In particular, Mr Ahmed in Souq Extra - Silicon Oasis is amazing! And has immaculate customer service, and has gone above and beyond to help us sell the car as per the best market value! Pleased with the service overall. Ahmed from the Silicon branch was superb from start to end. Whilst the initial offer was on the low side, he worked and tried his best to get to the right outcome. Final price was higher than trade in elsewhere (and obviously lower than private sale). Does take more than half hour overall though as you must go to RTA the next day.

I recently visited the Souq Extra branch of SellAnyCar and was quite disappointed with the experience. The staff, I dealt with, came across as unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. I was expecting a straightforward and respectful process, but the attitude displayed was dismissive and rushed. It felt like they were doing me a favor rather than offering a service. I hope the company takes steps to train their staff better in customer service and professionalism.
