They charged me up front and led me to a room that looked nothing like the pictures. When I pointed that out, refused the service, they were not able to give me a refund to my credit card as the manager was away. They not only took my money for no service provided but also made me come back in person the next day to pick up my partial refund in cash as they did not refund me the VAT tax they charged. Now i'm down 30 AED (for tax), and the cost of 4 taxis, and several hours of time. Please be careful, make sure you check out the rooms before paying, and good luck.

I recently visited this spa and felt that the experience didn’t quite match what was advertised. The photos online gave the impression of a warm, luxurious, and relaxing atmosphere, but the actual space felt very different — darker, more clinical, and lacking the welcoming ambiance I was hoping for. We were also asked to pay upfront before seeing the treatment area. When we politely expressed that the environment wasn’t what we expected and asked about a refund, we were told it couldn’t be processed without the manager’s approval, and unfortunately, the manager was unavailable at the time.

I LOVED every part of this massage. I did the hot stone along with the Moroccan bath. My body feels so amazing and soft is unbelievable. I will be forsure recommend this place!! The lady in front was very very kind and accommodating. Thank you ladies for a great experience
