It was not a pleasant experience as It didn't meet my expectations. Breakfast was very limited with no value for money. Very few options and those too are not any good. The swimming pool was not clean and bird feathers were clearly in abundance in the pool. Birds poop was also there near the pool making it a mess further. The reception staff doesn't understand English properly! I called to ask for extra pillows and they sent extra towels. On the plus side: Room was spacious, clean. Location is not far from metro.

Thank you team for the amazing support during my family’s long stay in Dubai , would really appreciate the each of you, special thank you to Mr Mohamed Salam reservation team. Very nice Amenities, my kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. Metro station hardly 3 minutes walk, Hotel is behind to Burjuman mall. the property is highly recommended for the family long stay. Thank you team

I had a wonderful stay here for over 60 days. The hospitality was excellent throughout my stay—staff were friendly, helpful, and always made sure I was comfortable. The rooms were kept very clean with regular housekeeping, and the breakfast was consistently delicious with good variety. Highly recommended for both short and long stays!

It was a good staying experience during my 15 days stay here in this hotel. Staff behaviour was very good and you can find everything just a walk away including Restaurant, Mall etc. Nearest Metro is Bujuman which is just 3 min walk. You can prefer this stay for your upcoming holiday.

I frequently stay here and have generally been satisfied, but recently I’ve experienced some inconvenience. Although my room was upgraded during booking, I was later asked to move my belongings to a studio without prior notice. Management should understand that for long-term guests, unexpected room changes can be quite disruptive.
