Rolla Suites Hotel

My stay was for 2 nights and 1 day, and everything was really good. The location was excellent, the room was perfect, and the price was also affordable. However, there are a few points that need improvement. Like, I found a bedbug on the bed, and I’ve attached a photo of it. Another issue that made me a bit unhappy was the TV — it was turning on, but only the sound was working and there was no picture. I’ve shared a photo of that as well. Other than that, the hotel was overall perfect. The housekeeping team did a great job setting up our room properly.

Looks like very old hotel, quite big and spacious. With elevators. Dance bars at night. Quite good. Close to the metro about 10 min walking distance. Night club in the hotel is loud sometimes it might be annoying with woofer sounds in room. Otherwise very good.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Dubai for a few days, attracted by its convenient location for my business meetings. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to the behavior of the hotel staff. When my colleagues arrived to meet me, the staff treated them very rudely and refused to allow them into my room, even though we offered to leave their identification with the front desk to confirm they would not stay overnight. Despite this, they still denied entry. Overall, this was an unprofessional and unwelcoming experience that did not meet the expectations of a business traveler.

This is an very old property. Hotel has a carpet flooring that's why rooms has a wierd type of smell. Even rooms are not clean. It looks like an 2star property. Dirty old curtains, stain tiles of bathroom with cockroaches, sofa with lot of stain. Most important rooms are too dark because it is based on club theme. No swimming pool. On MMT pool is mentioned but in reality no pool. Restaurant food was good. Staff and their service was also good. It has 9 night clubs.
