Regency Luxury Suites - Dubai Marina

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. A special thanks to Dana at the reception — she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel truly welcomed. Her kindness and professionalism set the tone for our entire visit. Also, a big thank you to Ala, one of the staff members, who went above and beyond to assist us. He was incredibly helpful, especially with language support and making sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality really stood out. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

We had a 2BR with two balconies and it had a washing machine in the kitchen which was perfect for our stay. The staff was so welcoming and sweet, especially mobin. The room service food was good and we especially enjoyed the cut fruit after a long day. Parking is convenient as well and its within walking distance of the mall and the marina, so we were able to walk over to take a nice boat ride and get some fresh air and ice cream. I really adored this place and will consider it for any future visits!

My family and I spent a full week at this hotel, and overall, it was a great experience. The atmosphere was pleasant, the location was convenient, and there were plenty of spacious parking spots. Daily cleaning was consistent and thorough, and the staff were responsive to our requests at all times. The staff were genuinely helpful—especially QASIM. This cheerful, kind man truly went above and beyond. When my car was involved in a minor collision with another guest’s vehicle at the hotel, Qasim stood by us every step of the way. He followed up on the matter and showed genuine care for both parties until the issue was fully resolved. He really deserves our deepest thanks and appreciation. However, a couple of things could be improved. The sofa in the apartment’s living area was not comfortable. Also, we noticed some insects inside the apartment—though this might be related to us occasionally opening the windows.

Their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any request truly enhanced the overall experience. The suites were luxurious, well-maintained, and offered stunning views of the city. The amenities were top-notch, including a fantastic pool area and a well-equipped gym. The location was ideal, providing easy access to major attractions and dining options. The staff's professionalism and warmth created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, every detail was handled with care and precision. Overall, Royal Regency Suites offers an unparalleled experience, combining luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable stay in Dubai.

We had an excellent 3-night stay at Royal Regency Suites in Dubai Marina and loved the experience. Our 2-bedroom apartment was impeccably clean, fully furnished and very cosy. The staff went above and beyond with their service—always courteous and helpful. The hotel features a good-sized swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, and secure parking and its location is unbeatable: just a 2-minute walk to Dubai Marina Mall, 4 minutes walk to the tram/metro station, and right next to the Marina Promenade. Highly recommended for a convenient and relaxing stay in Dubai. Special thanks to Mr Vinodh for his outstanding hospitality - he ensured we had a comfortable stay all through and not forgetting his team including Ziba, Blanche, Fardeen, Omesh and Tuhin, they went beyond service excellence.
