I had a rather disappointing experience during my recent visit. The waitress displayed a noticeably arrogant attitude and was inattentive throughout — not assisting, cleaning, or serving properly. What made matters worse was the response (or lack thereof) from the manager, Mr. Taj, who appeared indifferent even after being approached. Despite reminding three different staff members and involving the manager, we waited over 30 minutes just for water. This level of service was unacceptable, especially in a hospitality setting. I've visited many clubs before, but the lack of responsiveness and disregard here was genuinely disheartening. It significantly impacted the mood of our outing. If you're planning to visit with friends or colleagues, I’d advise managing your expectations.

I didn’t find negative starts… Would not recommend this pub to anyone who expects to be treated with basic respect. No basic courtesy, no acknowledgment, and certainly no sense of customer service. staff acted as if we were invisible and continued to serve others who came in after us.

Bad experience overall. The price overall was not worth it. Its very expensive yet the service is very poor. i dont recommend. I will never visit again
