Great products and excellent customer service. My experience with Rebel Swell has been pleasant. The customer service has been helpful and patient with me and I appreciate that. The sunglasses are as advertised, really nice.

I purchased the Sunski Puerto sunglasses and had an excellent experience overall. The sunglasses are authentic and lightweight, and the lenses provide great protection from sunlight. Customer service was outstanding – especially Bel, who was very friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend this seller, and I’ll definitely consider buying from them again in the future.

Great customer service. I bought online and had always assistance through WhatsApp, they guided me and delivered next day. I needed exchange due to size and it was also delivered! Amazing! I appreciate having brand Indosole, I can only find it in this store.

Purchased Lino Botanica linen shirts from Maria at the JBR Rebel Swell store in Dubai and she was awesome. Always ready to help, smiling, and even went out of her way to send me pictures so I could continue my purchases from abroad. Love their linen shirts and the service they offer.

Disgusting experience! They owed me money from exchanging some clothes then the RUDE sales person which was a woman from Philippine wanted to charge me for a small bag i told her she can take from my outstanding and literally send us out of the shop. This shop is extremely expensive and for spending 1600 dhs ! This is not the right behavior. Im so sorry for whomever owns this shop. Your business will not workout in this way with such a disgusting staff. I will personally make sure as a resident in uae and a blogger, to tell everyone about it !
