Prana House Yoga Center

I attended Paul’s class and it was the first time that I got introduced to the Iyengar method of yoga practice. I went for it to deepen my practice as well as ensure that I’m doing the postures correctly and that my alignment is good. Paul was so patient and had an amazing energy during class. He helped me with my handstands, flexibility, and ensured that I was practicing safely so as not to injure myself. Will attend more of his classes!

Prana House Yoga center is a fantastic place to deepen your yoga practice. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and attentive to all levels. The atmosphere is peaceful, the classes are well-structured, and there's a great mix of styles from dynamic flows to relaxing yin sessions. It’s more than just fitness, it’s a space for personal growth and mental clarity. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love practicing at Prana House! They offer a variety of yoga classes in both the morning and evening, making it super easy to find a session that fits my schedule. The studio itself is spotless and has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. Recently I tried Sound Healing for the first time, magical and very relaxing experience, looking forward to more sessions. One of the best things about this place is the small class sizes, maximum 6 people per class. Each session feels more personalized, allowing for better guidance and a deeper connection to the practice. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, the instructors are attentive and ensure you get the most out of every class. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and supportive yoga space!

Beautiful, calm and cleaning studio on the 3d floor. Love the space and tranquility there. The parking is just in front of the building, huge and free. Reception staff is kind. Really happy to discover this place)

It’s been a month since I joined Prana House and started practicing yoga with Naveen, and it’s been such a beautiful experience. The way he guides the class is truly special, combining movement, breath, and awareness with the soothing energy of mantras and even live guitar sometimes. It creates an atmosphere that’s so calming yet powerful. Navin has taught me so much, not just about yoga on the mat, but also how to carry that awareness into daily life, connecting more deeply with my body and my breath. He’s an exceptional teacher and a genuinely kind person, and I feel really grateful to be learning from him.
