I had a very bad experience with Passport Times. I began my Canada application with this agency in June. The first person we contacted was Sherin, who informed us that an interview was scheduled for the following week. He insisted that we pay immediately. However, after we made the payment, no one contacted us. After several calls and emails, they finally responded, but the service remained poor. Four months went by without any progress, wasting both my money and time. We had hoped for a better outcome, but this was the worst experience I've ever had. They did not follow up with us on any steps. Even after continuous emails and messages, the only response we received was to apply for the WES. It took them four months just to begin my WES application, and it was incomplete. When I contacted them, they apologized and promised it wouldn't happen again. In September, I requested a refund, but they refused, stating that their policy prevented them from issuing refunds. They were not responsible for our application or our money. After that, I wrote a review on Google. Following the review, they contacted me and asked me to delete it. They offered to let me swap my application with someone else, allowing me to receive money from that person instead. They insisted they would not refund me directly. I ended up swapping with my cousin, mentioning that she could only pay me back after she completed her process. She started her application in January, but to this day, no one has contacted her about the process or the next steps. As a result, we are considering legal action. I humbly request that no one makes the same mistake as I did. This agency is fraudulent and only seeks to take money from vulnerable people, don't trust Sherin he is a fraud.🙏 The team contacted my husband today regarding this review. He informed them that he does not want to discuss anything further, as they took our money for 10 months without making any progress, and he believes your company is a fraud...
