Pak Almadina Restaurant

The food here is tasty, but no matter how many times I ask for less oil, it always arrives very oily. Maybe offering a 'low-oil' option on the menu would be a good idea to cater to customers who prefer lighter meals. I hope the restaurant considers this feedback.

Much more bad stap they laughed to see the customer and food test is very bad they don't know how to cook the food and also the meal was not fresh

The food was tasty and good, but the pricing for soft drinks is a bit high. Additionally, the extra garlic charge is also steep. Unfortunately, this is the second time we've had to wait a long time for our food. When we reminded the staff about our order, they apologized and said they forgot. It would be helpful if orders could be prepared more efficiently to avoid delays.

25/Jun/2025 Call Time 9.31pm to 9.41pm ( call not attended in 4 times ) Saif Al Madina Restaurant, (Near Talal and Madina Supermarket) is a hotel I have been familiar with for the past year and a half. Deira, Hor Al Ans But when the old staff changed and the new staff came, when I called to order food, they did not pick up the phone. Today I called 4 times. No one picked up, I went directly to the hotel and called. The staff is listening, but they muted it. Still ordered food. They only listen to you if you wait for a long time. At least 10 minutes... Today when I went, I said I had to pee. The staff said it would not work, the toilet was closed, but their people were going, I feel bad about how many people I have brought to this hotel in this year and a half.. The new staff attitude is very wrong.

If I had the chance to give zero star I would have given it. The staff is disrespectful and carelessness. They do not maintain hygiene. Customer orders are not taken seriously. The whole staff of PAK AL Madina is disgusting. Owner's of this restaurant need to seriously look into these matters. I would not recommend any of my friends to this restaurant, and horrible customer experience at least couple of times.
