OVS Fashion - Silicon Central Mall

OVS is an Italian brand with really nice products. I bought a couple of frocks for my niece for daily wear, and the fabric is light and of very good quality. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with this brand and would definitely shop here again.

Ovs is a chic Italian fashion retail store that transports you straight to stylish streets of Italy. The wide range selection combines classic elegance and contemporary trends, offering everything from tailored to casual wear. The quality of the fabrics were exceptional and I really like it because it's colorful. The stores ambience was inviting and warm. Whether you're looking to refresh your wardrobe or to find a statement piece then you must visit this store and I'm sure you will love their collection.

1. Price Confusion: I tried on several items and found a top that fit well. However, there was a confusing situation with the price tags. One tag showed a price of 229 AED, which was crossed out, with 59 AED written below. However, there was another tag on the item stating 39 AED. When I asked the staff, they insisted that the correct price was 59 AED. This created a lot of confusion, and I feel that prices should be clearly marked and consistent, not written in marker or in such a confusing manner. This lack of clarity is very frustrating for customers (please find attached) 2. Poor Service at the Cash Register: When I went to the checkout, no one was at the counter. I waited for about 5-10 minutes before I saw a staff member, a Filipina woman, who did not acknowledge me. She said her name is June. I greeted her first, but she did not respond. She seemed too busy to interact or assist me. Afterward, a male staff member approached and confirmed that the price was 59 AED, despite the fact that the tag clearly said 39 AED. When I pointed this out, the woman confirmed the 59 AED price as well. I asked them to make the pricing clearer, but I received no satisfactory response. 3. Unfulfilled Promise to Submit Feedback: When I asked where I could leave feedback, I was given a form, but this did not instill any confidence in me. I doubted that it would be sent to management. She promised to forward it, but I never received any follow-up. Later, she returned and offered to sell the item to me for 39 AED, but by then, I had lost interest due to the terrible service I received. 4. Refusal to Speak with the Manager: When I requested to speak with the store manager, the staff member claimed to be the manager, but she did not appear to be a competent or professional leader. Furthermore, the manager on the phone, who she spoke with during our interaction, also did not seem interested in addressing my concerns. I had interview and this OVS near to me is easy to go.5 stars for customer service specially the Guy who’s assisting me Mr. Sam if im not mistaken he help me what suit for me on my Interview.Best Recommended.

My experience was below zero non professional staff with zero Iq or common sense spent around 2 hours explaining what to do , this is the most ridiculous service I have ever faced in Dubai , need to receive a call back regarding this horrible experience, please don’t buy from this store they keep convincing people to buy telling them that you can return the item within a week and it never happened.
