I recently dined at OSH restaurant and was thoroughly impressed by the seafood offerings. The shrimp, fresh from Magadan, were succulent and bursting with flavor. The oysters were equally delightful, served chilled and brimming with the taste of the sea. The octopus was perfectly grilled, tender and seasoned just right, while the sea bream was a standout, flaky and delicious. The ambiance was inviting, and the service was attentive. Overall, OSH is a must-visit for seafood lovers looking for a memorable dining experience!

I was celebrating my birthday here with my wife and we tried a variety of things. Oysters and Moet champagne to begin with, very fresh and crispy. After that we moved on to tomatoes carpaccio, the lamb soup, the traditional Uzbek dishes with rice and lamb but the dish that rocked our world was… THE … LAMB … RACK. I have traveled the world, tasted lamb from Europe, RSA, New Zealand and USA. But this one was arguably the best piece of lamb meat that ever entered my mouth. Juicy, tender, seasoned and grilled to perfection. Every second of melting in my mouth was an absolute delight. I wanted these moments to last forever. Paired with the red chianti wine made this dining experience absolutely phenomenal. Huge regards to the chef 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 and our waiter Norman who has been a dear 🥰

The food was downright disappointing—bland, poorly executed, and far below par. Despite the elegant décor promising a refined, upscale dining experience, the atmosphere was a chaotic, ear-splitting mess more fitting for a nightclub than a restaurant. The whole evening felt like style over substance, leaving us thoroughly underwhelmed

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at OSH Dubai! The food was incredibly delicious, with a wonderful variety of flavors that delighted the palate. Every dish was perfectly prepared, but the real star of the show was the dessert. The éclairs were simply divine—rich, creamy, and an absolute must-try for anyone visiting! The service was impeccable, and I must give special mention to Dan, who went above and beyond to make our evening memorable. His attention to detail, warm hospitality, and expert recommendations truly elevated our experience. OSH Dubai is a gem that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. I can’t wait to return!

Osh Del Mar is a stunning blend of Central Asian flavors and sophisticated Dubai flair. Located in a prime spot with beautiful views of the sea, the restaurant offers an elevated dining experience that feels both luxurious and welcoming. The atmosphere is elegant but not overbearing – warm lighting, plush seating, and thoughtful decor set the tone for an unforgettable evening. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready to guide you through the menu if you’re new to Uzbek cuisine. The food itself is the real star. The plov is rich, aromatic, and deeply comforting – a perfect balance of spices, tender meat, and perfectly cooked rice. The shashlik (meat skewers) are juicy and grilled to perfection, and the freshly baked non bread is the ideal companion for every dish. Don’t miss the manti dumplings and the variety of flavorful starters, from eggplant salads to creamy spreads. For drinks, the mixology is impressive, with a creative cocktail menu that pairs beautifully with the food. There’s also a great selection of wines and non-alcoholic options. Osh Del Mar is ideal for a romantic dinner, a special celebration, or even just a night out with friends when you’re in the mood for something unique and rich in culture. It’s definitely one of Dubai’s hidden culinary gems that deserves all the praise. Rating: 5/5 Would you like me to make it more casual, humorous, or detailed based on your experience there?
