I have purchased a dress while I was in Dubai on the 31st of December. The dress was 40% off from the original price. I only wore couple of hours (max 3 hours) and when I saw the state of the dress halfway through my evening! It was shocking! I was coming back to the UK the next day (had an early flight and the shop wasn’t opening till 11am) but managed to get my friend to pooped in and show the pictures that I took. Manager who called Mohamad was asking my friend if I could bring the dress in they sent to the company and come back to me with their decision! I managed to sent the dress back to the shop with the tags etc.. as soon as they received the dress they came back to me the next day and said they have managed to fixed the dress and dry cleaned and ready to sent the dress to my friend hotel! Also Mohamad said, management has been refusing to take the dress back and refund me £326! And Mohamad was keep offering me when I am back to Dubai I will get a good discount whatever I purchase from the same shop!!!!! 1) I don’t have any plan anytime soon to come back to Dubai!!! 2)Even if I do I won’t be shopping from this places ever again!!!! 3)I will be sharing my experience with everyone and making sure they won’t be treated the way I have been treated!!! 4) They still have my dress and I won’t be taking it back as I can not even wear it ever again (because of the state of it) please see the pictures below!!! And all day are offering me discount when I visit their shop next time!!! Now I am asking this question, What kind of after sale customer service is this?????? NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!’
