*Review edited. Took to this company 1 month to refund the deposit and still I had to give attention from my side rather than them be in charge of giving it to me back by transfer. So ridiculous! And even when they did the deposit back by transfer, they charged the fee in my side so rather to have the full amount back in my bank account I had the amount of the fee charged under me and now fighting with them to have that fee money back. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone!

Stayed at Claren Towers in Dubai, and it was a ripper spot! The unit was super comfy and had everything I needed. The location couldn’t have been better—right in downtown Dubai and close to my office. Everything was nearby too—cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, you name it. The building’s got the works with a gym and pool,building staff and I felt safe the whole time I was there. If you’re after a top-notch spot for a short-term stay in Dubai, this place ticks all the boxes!

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended I had a fantastic experience staying at this place in Dubai. The location was perfect – close to everything I needed, and the area felt safe and welcoming. The accommodation was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. It was a lovey stay. A nice appartment with a vieuw i have neder see it before. Breakfast in the morning on the balcony and by night a drink on the balcony with all the boats before you. the metro bring you to al the high lights of Dubai. The beach restaurants, Pier 7 and the mall only a vieuwvminutes walk. I forget the swimmingpool top. Majara towe 3 705. Next year we Come back. Two tips more towels also swimmingpooltowel and one keihard more.

As a studio unit owner, I deeply regret ever signing a contract with One Perfect Stay Vacation Home Rentals. What was promised as a “premium hands-off experience” turned into a complete disaster—financially and emotionally draining. To begin with, their communication is horrendous. You send emails and follow-ups for weeks before getting a half-baked reply, if at all. There’s zero accountability, and you’re always pushed from one clueless staff member to another. The condition of the unit was unacceptable. I personally inspected the apartment after some guest stays and found it dirty, poorly maintained, and completely neglected. Their so-called “professional housekeeping” standards are a joke. On top of that, guests were allowed to recklessly overuse electricity, water, and AC, with no monitoring or caps in place. This led to shockingly high utility bills—far above any reasonable average for a studio. When I raised the issue, I was met with excuses and complete denial of responsibility. When I finally decided to pull out, the handover process was a total mess. They did not settle final utility bills, didn’t coordinate with service providers, and didn’t provide a single proper handover document. I had to clean up everything—chase DEWA, AC service providers, and pay out of pocket just to bring my unit back to normal. The financial reporting was vague and inconsistent, and I honestly doubt the accuracy of the booking records. Most of the time, my unit sat empty—or was booked at very low rates that hurt my property’s value in the market.
