Yesterday came a nurse whose name is Pooja. Wonderful lady🫶🏻 Very gentle ! She needed to take my blood for tests. I’m always afraid of needles,but she took it so gentle that I didn’t feel anything ❤️ Very professional,kind and super nurse! I had a great experience:)

The Nurse Pooja is very professional in her work. She reached early to collect my blood sample, very kind and polite she was. I highly appreciate her behavior to the customer. Thank you pooja for ur excellent customer services, nice lab they also promised to deliver report same day and the fullfilled their promise and pooja sent me all of my report.

I had a very disappointing experience at Novitas Clinic. The service was poor, and the staff’s behavior towards patients was unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative clinics that prioritize patient care and professionalism for the sake of their health.

Good evening I am Mohammed Irfan camp boss china state constitution company I'm hea rtly appreciating the Novitas Medical team for excellent and Useful Health campaign It helps to know our health conditions specially now in this extreem heat working area And also they given lot of health tips I wish such campaigns should conduct in future also and Im thanking the team for there efforts Mr Sharath and Dr fida Hussain Specially Mr Madesh he is very Kind and friendly and professional Thank you
