I’ve been staying at Next House Hostel in Business Bay for 3 months, and it’s truly been an outstanding experience. The hostel offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere with clean and well-organized shared rooms, two mixed and one all-girls room, to suit everyone’s preferences. The staff here are the real stars, always going above and beyond to ensure every guest feels comfortable and cared for. Their friendliness and professionalism make this place feel like a home away from home. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Business Bay with easy access to Dubai’s top attractions and public transportation. I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Dubai! The space is cozy, well-located, and has everything you need for a great stay. What truly makes this place special is Ivan, the manager. His outstanding hospitality is the reason guests, including myself, return again and again. He goes above and beyond to ensure you feel welcomed and comfortable. I’ve already booked another 14 days here, and I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend this place – you won’t be disappointed!

The customer service I experienced was extremely disrespectful and disappointing, falling far below any reasonable expectations. The receptionist on duty (not sure what was his name but he's a black man) was unprofessional, unhelpful, and showed a clear lack of respect throughout the entire interaction.

It was a pleasure staying at the hostel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The hostel's location is excellent, since it was close to the metro and just a short walk from the Burj Khalifa.
